Located at 36 North Main Street in Wallingford, our new home is next to one of Wallingford’s favorite restaurants, Gaetano’s Tavern on Main. The walkability and charm of Wallingford’s Center are on full display at our new office. Passersby are welcome to stop in, say hello and enjoy a free espresso or use our complimentary WiFi—and of course, to talk to our agents and staff about any real estate needs!
We worked with the talented team at Wallingford-based One Source Facility Maintenance to get our new digs up and running in record time, and we’re thrilled with the results. We think you will be, too!
Our renovated space in Wallingford’s Center combines the modernity of today’s on-the-go work style with the warmth of classic New England architecture. Clients and visitors may enter our beautiful reception area (did we mention the espresso?) off of Simpson Court. While it is entirely likely to see agents hard at work in the downstairs space, the building’s second floor has been designed with an open workspace environment for our agents to work. Exposed brick, a painted tin ceiling, and a private conference room with a fireplace (complete with dentil molding) lend instant coziness, while the exposed ductwork and sleek light fixtures add a touch of industrial cool.
As part of our vision, we’ve also incorporated a new media and training room for our Calcagni team. This room comfortably holds 30-40 agents and is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology, including cameras, a green screen, lighting, and microphones for Calcagni agents to best market their clients’ properties.
In keeping true to our commitment to being a part of the communities where we live and work, we’re also opening up this media room beyond our own agents to others in town who may need a place to hold meetings or classes. Whether you’re part of the Wallingford Youth Soccer League or you’re a local business holding licensing renewal classes for your electricians, we welcome you to share our flexible space. Any community organizations that need meeting spaces in Wallingford or Cheshire simply need to reach out to the office vice presidents to reserve dates and times to do so.
