Personal Background:

I was born and raised in Poland until age 11 when I first moved to Connecticut! I’ve lived in the central Connecticut area ever since.

Education:

Marketing Degree from Central Connecticut State University

What do you love most about your town or a particular area in CT?

Where do I start? I live in a beautiful town. I love the variety of the landscape with many hills and valleys. I love being close to many of the things I love like biking trails and hiking areas.

What is your favorite thing to do in your downtime?

Any hobby or activity that allows me to be outside is perfect for me! I love biking, gardening, metal detecting, skiing in the winter, and more. I even raise quails at my home!

Are there any talents you wished you had or talents you have and would like to share?

I would love to speak more languages. I currently speak Polish and English, but I would love to know more – especially Spanish!

Where or what is your happy place?

I love kayaking on the ocean. The thimble island area of Branford is my favorite place to ocean kayak. I am happiest when spending time with family. My family is very important to me and getting to explore the world with my kids and husband makes me happy.

Do you have a favorite childhood memory?

Spending time on my grandma’s farm in Poland!
