Don’t be fooled by her New York accent, Fran Leventhal has been living in the town of Cheshire for 29 years. She resides with her husband and Portuguese Water dog, Spanky, and has three daughters who all grew up in Cheshire. She has always had a passion for both houses and people, so diving into the real estate market was an easy decision.

Fran is very innovative and creative when helping her clients buy and sell their houses. She works hard to understand the goal of her clients and to discover truly what they desire; and what house would ignite and inspire them. Fran takes pleasure in showing her clients the charm of Cheshire, and often finds that her explorations allow her to see the town from new perspectives.

Fran is well traveled and up to date on property and trends in her local area and on a broader scale around the world. With this knowledge she is able to navigate the market in her clients’ best interests.

When not on the phone with clients, you can find her playing tennis or golf, chasing after her grandson, or enjoying family time in Fire Island. She is a lover of Oprah, broadway shows, and enjoys going out with friends to Cheshire’s local restaurant, Viron Rondo Osteria.
