Caroline Chao Has Obtained Broker’s License from the State of Connecticut
November 7, 2022–Wallingford, CT–President and Broker of Calcagni Real Estate, Antonio Liguori has announced Caroline Chao, a Realtor from the company’s North Haven office, has obtained her Real Estate Broker license from the State of Connecticut.
Calcagni Real Estate has been Connecticut’s largest independently owned and operated real estate company for over 50 years, specializing in residential, new construction, and commercial real estate transactions. Chao, a licensed Realtor, joined Calcagni in 2016.

To obtain a Real Estate Broker License, the State of Connecticut requires licensed Realtors to meet strict guidelines. Licensed Realtors with at least two years of active experience must complete 60 hours of classroom course in Real Estate Principles and Practices, 15 hours of classroom course in Real Estate Brokerage Principles and Practices, 15 hours classroom course in Legal Compliance, and a minimum of 20 real estate transactions in the previous five years.
