Cheryl Ulstad helped us find our first home and she was amazing through the whole process! I’m proud and grateful we had her support and a positive attitude! She not only worked around our crazy schedules to show us a house, but she was honest when we’d ask her opinion. Our pup liked her too! We’d bring him along for the rides when we would look at houses (he stayed in the car with the windows down when we’d go inside!) It was a pleasure working with Cheryl and we highly recommend her! You could tell she cared and looked out for our best interests. She was easy to get a hold of and was fast at getting back to us. We had a tough price range because there was always multiple offers, so she acted fast!
