This week, Ralph Lewis of CW Landmark Group represented the buyer and seller in the disposition of 425 Hawley Lane in Stratford, Connecticut for a sale price of $3,575,000. Net leased to DaVita, the 10,245 square foot building was purchased by Developers Consolidated Realty and sold by 425 Hawley Lane LLC.
This off-market deal was sourced by Lewis, who then neatly produced a capable buyer with an appetite for stable, well-credited assets.
With an orientation toward multifamily opportunities, retail centers, and STNL properties, the DaVita sale has lengthened CW Landmark’s already hardy and focused résumé.
