This weekend, we’re thrilled to announce we’re part of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Central Connecticut (HBRA) Parade of Homes, a hybrid in-person and virtual tour of some of Connecticut’s most beautiful and creative new construction homes.
Ticket holders to this event—which takes place this weekend, April 24 and 25—will enjoy a “scattered site tour” of 18 new and remodeled homes throughout Central Connecticut, including five of Calcagni Real Estate’s new construction communities: Arbor Meadows (Cromwell); Castle Heights (Cheshire); Pierpont Hill (North Haven); Beecher Walk (Orange); City Point Landing (New Haven).
If you’re curious about trends in new homes, home innovations, home decor or all the benefits new construction communities have to offer, this is the perfect opportunity to explore and get inspired! With price ranges from $200,000 to $2M, there really is something for everyone interested in real estate and beautifully built homes.
As expected, COVID safety protocols are in place—masks are required to enter all homes on the tour and social distancing will be requested—to ensure a safe and pleasurable experience for all who attend the Parade of Homes. Each home visited will automatically enter ticket holders into raffle drawings, and this year, HBRC has made it easier than ever to access information about the homes with its own app, downloadable from Apple or Google.
